The Obligee requires any person or business who requests to construct, repair, modify a building drain, building sewer; storm drain, private sewer and any other wastewater must post a Drain Layer’s License Bond to the Obligee in the amount that is sufficient to satisfy the guaranteed construction quality and performance. To be a licensed drain layer, the drain layer is required to obtain the license from the City, County, or State. The drain layer license bond must be obtained before any work can be started or any license can be issued.
