To seek certain remedies from the court and to protect the public against result of the proceedings, this court bond are issued by the court. Court bonds are necessary to the party of the state to pursue his right in the court of law. It protects the obligee against the result of the proceedings.

Court bonds protect the plaintiff against the outcome of the result of proceeding in the court of law. It helps to find out a remedy from the court and protects the party against the loss suffered by him under litigation. Court bonds are framed as per the laws, rules, regulation and jurisdiction of the state and federal government. Mostly the court bonds are used by the two members, namely plaintiff and defendant. Court bonds include the amount incurred for the court process. The obligee is required to pay the amount to the principal without any default.
