Talent agency bond is a Surety Bond This talent agency bond is to be posted with the director of employment standards depending on your State. The talent agency is required to obtain the license. Talent agency constitute a person or a company who engage in the activity of offering or promising to procure or giving employment for actors, performers or other technical film person. The bond amount will be based on the average earning of the performer or actor, but each State is differnt.

The talent agency has to apply for a new license each year. In each license, expiry date will be mentioned. To obtain a license, the agency must fill the application form to the Employment Standards Branch office. The talent agency has to renew their license yearly once by filing the application form. This talent agency bond may be in the form of cash or an irrevocable letter of credit or other security as per the provision of The Bonding Act. All new application of the talent agency will be verified clearly before issuing of license. Once issue of license has been decided, then bond has to be secured.
